School Messenger landing in Junk or Spam Folders

The following providers seem most affected;
  • Hotmail
  • Live
  • Outlook.com
We have confirmed this as an issue with the vendor.

Parents should mark the email  as safe and/or setup the address as a safe/ trusted/ white list address.  
This will prevent future messages from landing in spam/ junk.
Exact instructions are dependent on the email provider.
